Then come in and join our Indonesia team as a Customer Service Engineer to perform installations, start-ups, maintenance, repairs, and updates of all Siemens healthcare products within your area of expertise and assisting with other products under supervision and approval, this includes performing good reporting and follow up actions needed to complete the whole task. The role reports directly to the Head of Engineering.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
  • You will communicate and accept all operative requests from the Customer Care Center or designated dispatch team.
  • You will prioritize tasks, actions, and schedules accordingly.
  • You will escalate incidents according to the defined parameters to solve the equipment issue.
  • You will ensure the proper use of tool & test equipment.
  • You will comply to national and local regulations and safety standards, as well as technical and operational guidelines from Siemens Healthcare.
  • You will maintain highest customer satisfaction, within the framework of Siemens Healthcare, Customer Services.
  • You will perform all responsibilities and jobs proactively and as cost-effectively as possible, taking profitability into account.
  • You will manage company assets.
  • You will establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties accurately.
  • You will be required to travel frequently, visit customer sites and work overtime when needed.
  • You will be required to attend all mandatory technical trainings according to company needs.

Your qualifications and experiences:
  • You hold a completed Diploma Degree III/IV in Teknik Elektromedis with GPA 3.0 and above (need to attach Academic Transcript) AND/OR a completed Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Bio-Medical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent from a reputable University with GPA 3.0 and above (need to attach Academic Transcript)
  • You have good mechanical skills like working with hand tools, drill, and torque, measurement devices (preferred)
  • You have good technical and analytical skills like reading the electronics wiring diagram and understand how to do electronics troubleshooting and using electronics measurement device (preferred)
  • You have experience in a similar role and in Healthcare/Medical Device Industry (preferred but not mandatory)
  • You have a strong level of English communication, both written and spoken.
Your personality and skills:
  • You have a strong drive and focus for results and customer service.
  • You possess strong ability to do the Mechanical task, Electronics troubleshooting, IT Networking and Technical Analytical.
  • You possess the ability to do proper reporting and support operational needs.
  • You can work independently, and, in a team, leadership skills will be an advantage.
  • You possess the ability to adapt, offer a solution and take action to support the improvement in Customer Service Engineering.
  • Working Location: To be based in Indonesia, Pekanbaru Riau
